The TEF Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk is one of the largest annual events in Tenafly and is one of the premiere races in North Jersey. The race attracts 1,500 runners of all ages and abilities, as well as hundreds of dog owners and thousands of spectators. But the event would not be a success without the generous support of more than 80 sponsors, thanks to whom the Tenafly Educational Foundation raises more than $35,000 each year to fund teacher-initiated programs and projects in the Tenafly public schools that the school budget is unable to cover. Sponsors are recognized on race signage and giveaways, and all sponsors have an exhibition table at the Family Health & Fitness Fair to showcase their company to the thousands of runners and spectators at the event. Waiver

I understand that the sponsorship amount indicated above will be used to reserve space at the Family Health & Fitness Fair to be held as part of the Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk on Sunday, June 2, 2013, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (rain or shine). All profits from the Family Health & Fitness Fair will go to the Tenafly Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that provides discretionary grants to Tenafly teachers for educational enhancements in Tenafly public schools. In consideration of the foregoing, I, and the organization which I represent, affiliated executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge the officials and sponsors of this event for injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my/our participation.
